We've already created two tracks for similarly themed compilations; "A Baneful Circle Of Light" for Fraction Studio (France) and "Lacrimae Angelis Dei (Requiem)" for Harsh Reality Music (USA). Covid 19 is the great omnipresence at the moment, turned the whole world upside down, ours included (home schooling a 7 year old is an 'interesting' experience!), so source material is not hard to find. "No Specific Treatments" was suggested by an info video from the World Health Organisation, rather ominously stating; "there are no specific treatments for coronaviruses". When I heard those words, I think it really sank in just how valiant our NHS workers truly are. The sounds in it (aside from the drum and voice clip, of course) are all created from human screams, both male and female. Seemed somehow appropriate.
